SMDMesh and SMD:3Dmesh fabric ensures moisture is rapidly transferred off the skin and through the garment. Low profile seams and anti-rub hems reduce chaffing. Antibacterial treatment manages sweat related odours.

Construction Features

1. Balanced design - fitted form with enough room for comfortable movement.
2. Flatlocked seams for reduced chaffing and increased comfort.

Fabric Technology

All SMD Fabrics offer:

1. Denier Grading - two layer structure with inside yarn being a lower denier yarn and the outside offering a high denier yarn which draws moisture through capillary/osmosis process.
2. Channeled (cross-section) yarn to enhance the capillary action and reduce fabric clinging to the body.
3. Micro polyester yarn which adds comfort and allows moisture to be channeled more effectively due to the high density of filaments in each yarn.
4. All polyester (synthetic) fabrics offer moisture transfer however our SMD family has looked into every facet from the filaments to yarns to construction for long life unrivalled performance.
5. SMDMesh with all the SMD benefits along with an advanced mesh knit construction to increase airflow and lighter weight for more effective moisture transfer.
6. SMD:3Dmesh with an added advantage of using a 3D structure for increased airflow and allowing less skin contact for minimising clinging to the body, ensuring a light and dry garment.
7. Mechanical Stretch in knit structure allows the garment to move with the body. Anti-Bacterial treatment reducing sweat related odours.
