Breaststroke Turns & Pullouts like you've never seen them before!

All great swimmers will tell you: Don't just traintrain with more thought. Do everything your coach asks, and then do just a little moreand do it with focus and attention to detail.

In breaststroke, one of the biggest gains in speed comes from paying close attention to turns and pullouts. In a breaststroke race, fast turns help you create speed on every lap, and strong pullouts help you maintain that speed into your first stroke.

With extraordinary underwater footage, and with instructions developed by a trio of award-winning breaststrokers, this video presents a simple, 5-step learning sequence for FAST turns and for POWERFUL pullouts.

Each aspect of the turn and pullout is illustrated from multiple angles -- side, head-on, overhead, rear -- and from above and below the surface.

Slow-motion and freeze-frame footage allows you to zoom in on key moves and really SEE how to do them.

For each step, you'll learn a key focus point that you can incorporate into your practice every day.

Special laminated Stroke Guide helps you remember each focal point when you go to the pool.
