Easy Returns & Exchanges
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return your order for a full refund (minus shipping charges) or exchange within 30 days of your purchase. All we ask is that you return the items in the same condition that they were sent to you and with all of the original packaging / tags.
- All items must be returned in unused condition with all packaging material and tags. Items that are returned in used condition will be returned at the customer’s expense.
- Shoes being returned must be shipped back in a shipping box. Do not damage, tape up or put a shipping label on the retail shoe box that came with the shoes.
- Wetsuits may not be worn in the water and have all tags and original packaging in order to be returned.
- Nutritional, Food, and Supplement products may not be returned.
- Under garments such as briefs, boxers, under-shorts, underpants may not be returned for exchange or refunds. Due to hygienic reasons we cannot restock these items.
- Returns will not be accepted after 30 days of the purchase date.
- Shipping charges are not refundable.
- SwimP3 Players, DVD's, VHS videos and audio CDs, may only be returned unopened. If defective, they may only be exchanged for the same title.
- All items being sent out on an exchange will be sent via UPS Ground unless prior arrangements have been made.
- International customers will be responsible for the shipping charges back to them on items returned for exchange.
How To Return or Exchange
1. Call us at (800) 635-0528 Monday - Friday 9am-5pm EST to request a return or exchange.
2. We will provide you a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number upon approval.
3. Ship the item back to us writing your RMA number on the return form and on the outside of the box.
