How do I return an item?

Your satisfaction is our number one priority. For this reason Triathlete Sports has a 30-day return/exchange policy on all items. The following is a list of points that apply to all returns:
  • All items must be returned in unused condition with all packaging material and tags. Items that are returned in used condition will be returned at the customers expense. Please call us at 1-800-635-0528 if your product has a manufacturer defect for instructions on fixing the problem.
  • Shoes may not be worn outside. Shoes that have been worn outside will not be accepted for return nor exchange.
  • Wetsuits may not be worn in the water and must have all tags and original packaging in order to be returned.
  • Returns will not be accepted after 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Shipping charges are not refundable.
  • Nutritional, Food, and Supplement products may not be returned.
  • Under garments such as briefs, boxers, undershorts, underpants may not be returned for size exchange or refunds. Due to hygienic reasons we cannot restock these items.
  • SwimP3 Players, DVD's, VHS videos and audio CDs, may only be returned unopened. If defective, they may only be exchanged for the same title.
  • All items being sent out on an exchange to addresses within the continental United States will be sent via UPS Ground unless prior arrangements have been made.
  • Shipping fees on exchange items being sent to addresses outside of the continental United States are the responsibility of the customer. Please include your credit card information if you are exchanging from outside this area.
  • Wheels, Bikes and Bike Shipping Containers will have a 10% restocking fee applied, if returned.
  • There will be no returns or exchanges allowed on Clearance Items. Clearance Items are clearly labeled in red at the top of the particular product page.
  • There will be no exchanges made on special ordered items. If an item that we do not normally carry is  ordered from the manufacturer, that item cannot be returned to us.
  • Occasionally we will offer a free promotional item with the purchase of another item. If the item that was paid for as part of the promotion is returned for a refund or exchange without the free promotional item, the actual retail cost of the promotional item will be deducted from the amount of the refund.
Instructions for processing a return:
  • To make a return or exchange, please call us at 1-800-635-0528 to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). This number is to be written on the outside of the package that you are sending back to us. Please make it clear and visible as any package that we receive without this RMA number will be returned to sender.
  • Complete the Return/Exchange form included with your invoice and place in the box to be returned.
  • Box items securely with durable packaging material. Insure that items will not be damaged in return trip.
