- wears like iron - but comfortableReview by Bob Koure
Highly recommended - especially as a practice / lap suit for chlorinated water.
I'm in the pool four to six hours a week. Lycra suits last me a couple of months (and are usually a bit 'obscene' at that point). Chloroban (chlorine resistant lycra) suits last around four or five months.
I've been using one of these suits for more than a year now, and it still seems new - all that's happened is that some of the black stitching has turned grey).
I'm a lap swimmer, go at moderate speed (a bit over a mile in an hour) and I don't notice any drag from this suit (sometimes a bit of minor flutter in the back if I'm sprinting - but I didn't buy a size down)
I was originally hesitant to buy this suit as I'd had polyester suits previously chafed badly. This is not a problem with this suit; it's as comfortable as lycra
Finally wore one out 09/2010-04/2012. Threads in seams starting to fail. Seams turned grey, but otherwise little signs of wear on the rest of the suit.
