My first pair of HOKA's and upon my initial walk with them, they feel comfortable and well made. My main activity is cycling,I'm really not a runner but i do daily walks with my dog. i believe these will fit the bill. Triathlete sports was great to deal with and i will surely look to them on my next purchase
