    HOKAs tend to run a little wide. I ordered an 8, which is my usual size, but these seemed more like an 8 wide. I have another pair of hokas, that fit the same way. I like them, but they need thick socks to fit properly. I took one star off because of that. But they are made well, very sturdy with great sole, perfect hiking shoe for up here in the northwoods of WI. They also slip on easily with the high heel thingy, another plus.
