If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a full refund, store credit, or exchange within 30 days of your purchase. We ask that you return the items in the same condition that they were sent to you and with all the original packaging/tags. Please review our return policy details below.

Frequently asked questions about returns, refunds, and exchanges.

How do I return?

  • Initiate a return through our Return Portal link here.
  • Enter your order number and email address to start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines

What items are returnable?

  • Within 30 days from the date of purchase
  • In unused condition
  • In the original packaging with all the tags intact
  • Shoes being returned must be shipped back in a shipping box. Do not damage, tape up, or put a shipping label on the retail shoebox that came with the shoes.
  • Wetsuits may not be worn in the water

What items are non-refundable/non-returnable?

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Shipping charges
  • Nutritional, Food, and Supplement products
  • Undergarments such as briefs, boxers, under-shorts, underpants

What is Checkout+?

Checkout+ is an optional add-on available at checkout that provides both free return shipping and package protection for your order.

  • Free Return Shipping: If you need to return an item for an exchange, refund, or store credit, your return shipping label is covered–no additional label fees.
  • Package Protection: If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, you can submit a claim, and upon approval, receive a same-item replacement at no extra cost.
  • Checkout+ cannot be cancelled or refunded after purchase and will not be included in store credit or refund amounts.
  • Coverage cannot be added to an order after it has been placed. If Checkout+ was not selected at checkout, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

What if I didn’t purchase Checkout+ at Checkout?

If you did not purchase Checkout+ and would like to initiate a return. Please use our returns portal here. At the end of the portal, a return shipping label will be sourced for you, which will be deducted from the refund.

The item I received is damaged!

If the purchased product is faulty or damaged in transit, please start a return through our Return Portal within 7 days of the delivered date and select the appropriate reason (such as "Faulty Item Received" or "Damaged Item Received"). If you purchased Checkout+ and your package was lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, you can submit a claim through the portal for a same-item replacement upon approval. Initiate a shipping claim here.

Can the items be exchanged?

We allow the exchange of purchased items, including both even exchanges and uneven exchanges for an item of a different value, with any price difference invoiced after we receive and accept the returned item. New items will be shipped after accepting the original returned item.

What are the refund options?

The following refund options are supported:

  • Refund to the original payment method
  • Refund to store credit
  • Exchange for a different item

Please note that any Checkout+ coverage purchased at checkout is non-refundable and will not be included in your refund or store credit amount.

How do I ship back the items?

For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the confirmation page at the end of the returns portal or the confirmation email received after placing the return request. This page/ email will contain your shipping label for print. After packaging your item with the shipping label provided, please drop the package off at the provided carrier locations. *If you purchased Checkout+ at checkout, your return shipping label is covered. If Checkout+ was not selected, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the items back to us.

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 1-2 working days after approval.
