Folks, this stuff is INCREDIBLE.  It was recommended by my brother-in-law who runs ultra marathons.  I use it before I do long distance runs and it 100% prevents chafing.  I also have used it after some initial chafing appears and can still do a long (8-12 miles).  Normally, I would be done if minor chafing was present near the beginning of a run.  Its incredible and well worth the money.
